Other services

Once reviews are running, plug the other leaks.

Most clients start with Google reviews and add one of these later. Each one runs in the background under your company's name, the same way reviews do.

Quote follow-up

Estimates that went quiet get a second look.

Most homeowners get two or three quotes, then life gets busy. The job often goes to whoever follows up, not whoever was cheapest. Most shops never follow up at all.

It stops the moment they book, reply or say no. Nobody gets chased.

What it could look like

A shop sending 20 estimates a month

Booked
6
Said no
4
Never heard back
10

Half the estimates just go quiet. Nobody follows up, so they book someone else.

Example with made-up numbers. Your results depend on your customers and your prices.

How it works

  1. You send estimates the way you already do.
  2. If one isn't accepted after 2 days, the customer gets a short, friendly check-in from your company.
  3. If it's still quiet, one more on day 5 and a last one on day 10. Then it stops.
  4. Any reply goes straight to you, and you get a heads-up so you can call while they're interested.
  5. A weekly list shows which estimates are still open, so nothing slips.

What you need

  • Your estimating tool. Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks or similar. If you write estimates by hand, a simple shared sheet works.
  • About an hour of setup to get the messages in your voice. After that, nothing.

Missed-call text back

Miss the call. Keep the customer.

When you're on a roof or under a house, you can't pick up. The homeowner with a leak doesn't leave a voicemail. They call the next company on the list.

Business texting needs carrier registration, which takes a few weeks to approve. We handle it, and texts only ever go to people who called you first.

What it could look like

A week with 6 missed calls while you are on jobs

Got a text back
0
Replied to the text
0
Called someone else
5

Most missed callers never leave a voicemail. They just call the next company.

Example with made-up numbers. Your results depend on your customers and your prices.

How it works

  1. A call to your business number goes unanswered.
  2. Within a minute, the caller gets a text from your company: sorry we missed you, what do you need help with?
  3. Their reply comes straight to your phone, so you know what the job is before you call back.
  4. You call them back when you're off the ladder, and they've been waiting on you instead of dialing someone else.

What you need

  • Your business phone number, kept as is. We connect a texting line to it.
  • Carrier registration, which we file for you. Texting goes live once it's approved.

Invoice follow-up

Get paid without chasing.

Nobody likes calling a customer about money, so unpaid invoices sit. Friendly, automatic reminders from your company keep invoices moving without you making the awkward call.

Reminders are polite and come from your company. Anything that needs a real conversation gets flagged for you instead.

What it could look like

A shop invoicing $18,000 a month

Paid on time
$12,000
Paid 30+ days late
$4,500
Still unpaid at 60 days
$1,500

About $6,000 a month sits past due, and you chase it at night.

Example with made-up numbers. Your results depend on your customers and your prices.

How it works

  1. An invoice goes out from your invoicing tool like normal.
  2. If it's unpaid at the due date, the customer gets a friendly reminder with the payment link.
  3. More reminders go out 7 and 14 days later if it's still open. They stop the moment it's paid.
  4. Every Friday you get one short list of what's still outstanding and who owes what.

What you need

  • Your invoicing tool. QuickBooks, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Square or similar.
  • A quick look at your terms, so the reminders match how and when you want to be paid.

Pricing

Priced on the call, based on your volume.

Every shop runs a different number of jobs, so add-ons are priced to fit. Start with the free review gap check and ask about any of these while we talk.
